Complete study materials for DNS clinical courses A–D

The new edition presents a completely revised collection of presentations, enhanced with hundreds of new original illustrations, anatomical drawings, photographs, schematics, and diagrams. It draws on more than twenty years of development of the DNS concept, the extensive experience of the international instructor team, and the latest findings in neuroscience, biomechanics, and rehabilitation medicine.

The manual follows the structure of the DNS Clinical Courses A–D. It covers all topics addressed during the courses—from the fundamental principles of DNS, developmental kinesiology, and physiological and pathological postural stabilization to clinical examination and treatment. It includes DNS diagnostic tests, developmental therapeutic positions, principles for facilitating stabilization functions, and their application in patients with musculoskeletal disorders.

Separate chapters are devoted to the treatment of vertebrogenic disorders, and shoulder and pelvic girdle dysfunction; the diagnosis and treatment of dyspraxia; the restoration of full range of motion; and the fundamental applications of DNS in neurology, orthopedics, rehabilitation medicine, pediatrics, and sports.

The manual is intended primarily as a study resource for participants in DNS Clinical Courses. The content of each slide, its clinical context, practical application, and relationship to other topics are explained in detail by the instructors during lectures, practical demonstrations, and workshops.
