Ciaran Lavers graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Chiropractic) in 2018 and a Master of Chiropractic Science in 2020 from Macquarie University, Sydney. Alongside his studies he worked as a high performance tennis coach with nationally competitive junior and adult athletes, before moving to Newcastle, New South Wales, to enter private practice.
Currently, he is the owner and director of Forma Health & Rehabilitation, a multidisciplinary rehabilitation and performance clinic in Newcastle, where he manages complex musculoskeletal, chronic pain and neurological presentations and works with high-level athletes on bridging rehabilitation and performance.
He began his training with the Prague School of Rehabilitation in 2018 and has since completed the full DNS clinical, exercise, sport-specific curriculum, together with further study in multiple other areas. Since 2023 he has provided structured clinical mentorship to practitioners, conducting case reviews and practical workshops on the integration of DNS, Strength & Conditioning and clinical practice. In 2026 he was certified as an international DNS instructor.
