Wayne Minter is an Adjunct, Associate Professor in the School of Chiropractic at Murdoch University,Perth, Australia, and is the co-ordinator of the Post Graduate program in Neuromusculoskeletal Rehabilitation offered by Murdoch University.


  Dr Minter is also the Chairman, Chiropractic Education Australia and a member of the New South Wales Chiropractors’ Registration Board (Nominee of the N.S.W. Minister for Health).


  Dr Minter completed his chiropractic studies at the Phillip Institute of Technology (now RMIT University) in 1980 and has held numerous positions since graduating, including; Lecturer, Chiropractic Sciences, Philip Institute of Technology (1981), Director of Undergraduate Studies, International College of Chiropractic (1983-1986), Governor, Australian Spinal Research Foundation (1983-1986 & 1988-1989), Principal, International College of Chiropractic (1987-1996),  Chiropractic Adviser to the Australian Government Department of Veterans’ Affairs (1996-2005) and Chiropractic Adviser to the Hospital Contributions Fund of Australia (2006 to present). 


  Dr Minter has also presented many seminars since 1983 on various topics, including: the management of headache, low back pain, the role of chiropractic in health care, how continuing education can keep you out of court, delivering physical treatment to injured workers – using evidence based and treatment outcomes, and the administrative and clinical protocols of the Australian Government, Department of Veterans’ Affairs.
