Advanced Skills Session

This course will be a practical workshop in advanced DNS skills.  The course is open to Certified DNS practitioners and advanced practitioners who have taken 4 previous courses, including course C, and have at least 2 years clinical experience.  While the layout of the course will be informal, it will be focused on the following areas:

• Discussion of details, advanced topics (e.g. partial patterns: What are they and why do we use them? Common reflex locomotion variations).

• DNS testing - movement patterns - how to recognize normal/abnormal

patterns: detailed analysis, where is the key link? Which functional

deficit to first address? Strategy of treatment in particular cases

• Mobilization techniques of DNS (C-spine, T-spine, L-spine)

This course will be the weekend following the World Congress on Low Back and Pelvic Pain which is November 9th-12th and is also in Los Angeles.  This presents a great opportunity to attend both.

*Registration for this course is limited due to the hands-on nature*
